I have learnt how to summarise a text I read.

Spelling

Today we had a spelling test, we went one by one.
We had ten words each to learn during the weekend.
My ten words was:

Today our word was city we had to search up the meaning and the meaning is a place.

The Legend of Kupe

This is a summary about the Legend of Kupe who discovered Aotearoa.
Today our group was reading a article about the Legend of Kupe. We wrote a summarise about Kupe and how he travelled. 
He travelled around Aotearoa and around South And North

Polynesian voyages

Today we were learning about polynesian explorers in the past. We had to make a K.W.L chart the K stands for what you know. 
W stands for what you want to know and l stands for what you learnt. 
The book that we read was Explores of the sunrise.

Compare and Contrast

                                       Technology
           Today at technology we were working on clocks.
     At technology we had to get two clocks so we can write 
    the differences and about the similar things about it.
   My two clocks were  digital clock and a analog clock.

      This is a paragraph relating to key ideas in a text.
Today our reading group was practicing our play (Keles car).

 To begin, with this play is about a family who goes to the flea market. 
This family each got $10 to spend at the flea market. 
This family met a boy named Afa who tries to sell them a remote car. They got to set up there table so they can sell stuff and food, In addition,Talia was selling Sapa sui. 
 This story is based on Kele buying a remote car. 
The moral of the story is to spend your money wisely.
